*sigh* I write to you after another visit from a government employee...
The last visit from a government employee was sometime in early March, until yesterday.

(We are getting so much publicity and attention,  before long we'll be running the whole county)

 But here's the thing... our neighbor doesn't know that God fights our battles. So, in the end, this visit was really no big deal. Yesterday The County Department responsible for the three Red tags and one orange tag stopped by. We got the chance to see the huge list of accusations we are supposed to be guilty of violating.  He told us most of the things on the list aren't even his department. We figure the complainant, who must have binoculars and listening devices, is watching us all the time; he made up a list of everything we own, everything we do and don't do, according to his worldly ill perceptions, standards and then sent it to every department in the county!

It's definitely not the way I would choose to go about spreading the word for good health and gardening, but all of this gives us great opportunities to find out information and who's involved, but more important we get to witness to these employees.    We talk about everything. (Everything we have and do is on the list!)...We talk about movies like Food Inc, pesticides, and how being a hardworking American should be rewarded, not punished.  The "list" from this neighbor reads like a spy novel and the boy who cried wolf all in one.

But one of the coolest things, was, two of our very good farming friends just so happened to be over visiting and we were busily working out in the cold and rain. Both Chris and Kathryn are young, single people, who, with a vision for multi-generational sustainable farms, have embarked on their own mission to help heal hearts and the planet through the leading of the Lord!

 The inspector could see we put our money where our mouth is and was really impressed. He was a real human, with real human responses and
 he walked away much more informed on the problems and the "easier" solutions God has given people in nature. We told him how, because of this nosy neighbor, we are now friends with so many awesome farming and sustainable minded people. We got to visit Joel Salatin's Polyface, joined Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund, and, honestly, because of him, our faith has been strengthened, as has our resolve. Ha, you know the inspector joked and said we should send our neighbor a thank you letter for spurring us to start this blog, to get the Facebook group going, to connect with all you reading this!! What the enemy intends for evil, if you put your faith, hope, and trust in the Lord, he will turn it around.
     The inspector could see that we are also a part of a much larger group of people intent on saving a lot of people from poisons in their lives killing them with sicknesses, cancers, anxiety etc...; a whole list of personal and physical problems. We are reaching out to more and more people and it's simply fantastic!

I don't know if this will be the last we hear from inspectors, probably not. Our neighbor can't seem to stop himself, like this bird...
He can't stop himself,  it's in his human nature without God to sin against others' Rights and Freedom.

   The complainant ends up being the Bird flying into a glass window and just never stops!

   But here's the thing, we all know our planet is polluted...but Poisoned food, poisoned water, corruption in government, stupidity in government, all have God given Natural Solutions. The law of Nature and Nature's God Supersede, are Above, have All power, All Authority. If a man-made law goes against the Laws of Nature and Nature's God, ultimately, those laws have no power or authority, because they are based on someone, somewhere forcing their will upon others. The truth is stronger. Just because something is a law, doesn't mean it's right....

  But here's the thing...Don't be a Martyr, Wait on God... It's really important to know what your Natural Rights are, but know who you're up against...count the cost...

Luke 14:

28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,

30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.

   

  There are those who deny the God given rights of others and the right to live in peace...they manipulate and twist the law, and become the ultimate law breakers...it's criminal.

 They disturb the peace of honest citizens and  cannot stop themselves.  They see our land, our property, what we are doing, and they just have to get involved. It's human nature.  Most people see what we are doing, fighting for food freedom and natural rights and they come right along side us!!! We're doing things so different than most today but not different than life 100 yrs ago. Those with eyes to see and ears to hear, see God and hear God.  Those under the spell of sin, binding their hearts and their minds can only see what they want, how they could use us, or hurt us, or control us.  They don't see God protecting us. They are like birds that fly into a glass window.

God is our Force Field 24/7/365 surrounding us.

If someone files a complaint against you, you have the right to ask who your accuser is, who made the complaint, and they have to tell you. You have the right to defend yourself before "The People of Community," that they may decide between the accused and the accuser. God is the ultimate arbiter.

The more they accuse us, it builds a case against them that they are just being vindictive and not seeking justice but "Revenge."

This case now is against all these government agencies that keep harassing us with "nuisance charges," which shows their first one and the one's proceeding were without merit.

God is the Arbiter Not Men. Nosy Neighbor Strikes Again With Another Nuisance Letter from the Health Dept.

Things like this make us sharper and brings us closer to God. Each assault yields from us the Power and authority, Fruit of God's Spirit. We are able to wield God's Word and the Laws Good Christian men laid down as our foundation, like a sword against evil.

We haven't thoroughly examined the issue to make it plain to you. When we understand it we will be able to tell you about it, but it seems like another petty, easily explained, false accusation- we are confident it will resolve quickly. The nuisance and accusation along with a threat, are not important. God is using it to empower us to free ourselves and others from the snares of the Devil: sinners, trouble makers, those who cannot live in peace in their souls so they have to cause others troubles in order to feel anything! That's what's important.

Simple Definition of arbiter: God

: a person who is considered to be an authority on what is right, good, or proper

: a person who has the power to settle an argument between people

This week was brutal on Facebook. The Bengals aren't in the Superbowl. (not that we care, but a lot of you do... :) Then an innocent man standing up for his rights against a totalitarian Government is murdered. The people who want freedom from religion, which is insane you'd have to move to another plant, are taking down signs and as well as doing many other ignorant things.

.... The People hold in power to themselves, through the 9th amend that we retain all of our rights that come from God and no one can usurp our power.

The good news is: No one owns another person, so they cannot "make" you do anything because "they don't own you"! We are not slaves, through Jesus Christ we own ourselves, we have a conscience and we live free as long as we do not break the commandments of God.

In a free society one man's opinion isn't the rule of law. It all must have an "arbiter". This Arbiter (God) decides between men, since men are apt to side with those they agree with making them bias and discriminating. For the law to carry any weight it needs someone "higher than human beings to be this arbiter."

..............Or we end up with "forced, brutality" and the men in government killing whomever they want and doing whatever they want.

God/The Bible is the arbiter and we all agreed to when signing the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution. To fight the use of the Bible is to fight the arbiter. The rightful legal authority in America. Get it?

We are fortunate enough to get some excess fruits and veggies from our local Newtown Farmer's Market. Today we got

several boxes of corn trimmings and we love them!!

  Chickens eat bugs, all bugs. The neighborhood has less flies due to the chickens eating the flies.  This summer has been very wet and rainy multiplying the insect population.  But due to our manure which is filled with fly predators that destroy the fly population by destroying the larva and due to our chickens there are actually less flies in the neighborhood this summer. Our farm is a fly killing machine.

Houseflies and stable flies on your farm can generally be reduced by a combination of diligent clean-up—not letting manure and old hay/bedding build up to create breeding sites--and use of parasitic wasps. These tiny wasps lay their eggs in the manure and their larvae feed on the fly larvae.

Manure and wasted hay should be removed daily from stalls and pens. It can be spread thinly for quick drying, or composted in a covered pile. Properly composted organic material gets hot enough during the fermentation/breakdown process to kill fly eggs and larvae.

Just What Are Fly Predators?

Fly Predators are nature’s own enemy of all common manure and rotting organic matter breeding pest flies, including the common house fly, horn fly, biting stable fly and lesser house fly. In the natural environment Fly Predators serve as a major check of pest fly populations by destroying the next generation of flies in their immature pupa (cocoon) stage. Fly Predators are tiny, completely biteless and stingless. They never become a pest themselves. Because of their small size and the fact they live their entire life cycle on or near manure (where the pest fly pupa are typically found), Fly Predators go virtually unnoticed.

Swampy woods

      As new farmers we realize that some people are just ignorant of the natural process of nature.  We are willing to educate anyone who really has serious concerns for their child's health.  The best thing for the neighborhood is for our neighbors to clear their woods out and drain their creek.  Their creek is pooled with all kinds of standing water naturally attracting flies, mosquitoes, and an myriad of different insect into their yard.





        Most of the flies that are in our area have come from the 1/2 acre wooded area on their property.  With all the rain we have had this summer their swamp area inside the woods can not dry up, it gets stagnate and is the breeding ground for the flies. We also have a creek but we keep it free from debris and dug out deep enough to drain the slopes on the sides of it.  All our water sources are kept chlorinated to be insect free.

Our neighbors have to first deal with their environmental conditions on their own land.

2. Clear the creek out so it flows, and drains properly and quickly. Sunshine and air flow will help dry out the water soaked landscape.

Water stagnation occurs when water stops flowing. Stagnant water can be a major environmental hazard.^[1] it can cause mosquitoes to breed and reproduce that may lead todengue.^{[citation needed]}

Health Problems Related To Standing Water

There are many dangers when it comes to standing water. Stagnant water is a favorite breeding place for mosquitoes, dragonflies and flies in general. People rarely disturb standing water which allows the insect larvae to grow into adults.

The Saga with Mr. Nosy Neighbor Continues!

      Today the "Clermont County Healthy Department" shows up. Because for 3 months our neighbor has been calling the Healthy Department claiming our grape Arbor and other things are a "Health Hazard".  A Grape Arbor?

      Our Family has been on this land since the 1930's over 80 years.  He has been here 2 years?!@#$%
 
 

       This land has had chickens, cows, and other animals plus farming since our great Uncle Charles Henson moved here!  Laws must be consistent. If they told our uncle not to farm then they can tell us not to farm. The government told him, encouraged him and supported his farming. We have every right to walk in his footsteps and carry on his work.

      We are the boss. It's called Seniority!  We are Grand Fathered in! Literally!

       The government needs to be with us because in 80 years no one has ever complained about us! We have earned the respect due to us in years of no complaints!  We have earned the trust and respect of  this community. It proves our neighbor is the one breaking the law! Falsely accusing us.

 

       He is the "newby", the "rookie" in town. On my side of town; trust, respect, believing you are telling the truth has to be earned over time!

       Hopefully soon our neighbors will produce  copies of the complaints made against us and explain why the government violated our legal rights countless times in harassing us.



  
     

     The world breaks us and puts us in a zoo. We act like zoo animals waiting to be fed and paraded around for others to stare at us. This is why everyone is so self-conscience always worried about what others think about us.  There are a lot of flies and mosquitoes at the zoo. Those pesty little things spread immorality, corruption, sickness, especially in public school. Human beings spread bad things. William Penn said to make sure you spend your time with God and don't have many friends. Why?

Farming: There is a life, a power, a feeling that only comes from God when you do everything for yourself. It's being an adult. 

     When you are a child, 1-5 years old, you have to depend on others to do things for you. As long as you need others to do things for you, you will always be a child inside "needy", "dependent on others". 

This is the LIFE!

       When you grow your own green beans, grow your own potatoes, kill your own animals for meat, then you have become an adult. Able to do what God has called you to do. God equips, enables, gifts, and strengthens you to be an adult, a child of God but not a child of this world. People in the world need people to do everything for them because they never grow up.

Homeschooling is very American!

     God has given all of us responsibilities like raising our children. It's our responsibility, no one else's. Schools are not gifted by God to raise your children. God anoints, ordains, equips and empowers us to do it.

  God calls us to take care of our parents when they are older. Nursing homes are not gifted by God to do this the child of the parent is!





Jesus came to give us Life, more abundantly. He was talking to farmers, peasants. Not to the Wealthy or Rich.
